Fan Data Insights announces data integration with Salesforce

Fan Data Insights, the groundbreaking data analytics platform built specifically for collegiate athletics, is thrilled to announce its newest data integration with the Salesforce CRM platform.


This bi-directional integration is designed to streamline fundraising operations by allowing for seamless communication and data sharing between Fan Data Insights and Salesforce. The integration will provide a complete view of donor and ticket buyer interactions, allowing athletic departments to improve customer relationships, create more personalized experiences, and measure success of different sales activities.


By integrating Fan Data Insights and Salesforce, fundraising professionals can enrich their Salesforce sales activity data with fundraising intelligence gathered from Fan Data Insights. Fundraisers can also use the Daily Insights feature, which generates leads in a variety of categories to identify major gift prospects, find new prospects, personalize outreach, and ultimately increase revenue using a frictionless workflow.


The new Salesforce integration includes a range of features, including:

  • Near real-time data synchronization

  • Automated task creation in Salesforce based on Leads and Alerts from Fan Data Insights

  • Advanced reporting integrating Salesforce activities with Fund and Ticketing Campaigns to measure success and impact
